“Late Summer” House in Visoko-PRODATO

The house is located 14 minutes away  from the center of Visoko.
The road is paved, except for the last part which is macadam but in a good condition (last 10 minutes of driving).

The plot is completely fenced with lighting, paved stone steps, and it also owns sewerage and septic tank with supplied water.

There is space for a large barbecue just like a possibility of building a swimming pool on the plot, with the shade of trees of walnut, hazelnut.

The house has a building permit.
It consists of 2 floors. You have  living rooms, a small kitchen and a toilet on the 1st floor.
