Parcela Sedrenik

Sedrenik is a settlement in the municipalities of Stari Grad and Centar in Sarajevo. North of Sedrenik stretches a belt of greenery, mostly conifer forests, and some of Sarajevo’s picnic spots: Barice, Čavljak, Bukovik.
The road to the plot is paved, and the plot is flat and suitable for construction (ideal for building one or two villas).
The approach is from the main street, and the plot is fenced. Along the horizon it stretches  a view of nature, and Sarajevo, and you have
a sense of privacy, even though it is close to the Old Town.
Nearby there is a bus station, market, school, etc.
